🧘 Yoga Pose Wheel
Build a flow one spin at a time: hold each pose the wheel gives you for five breaths, then spin again. It's a playful way to break the autopilot of doing the same sequence every day. Swap in your own favourite poses or add hold durations.
Frequently asked questions
How do I practice yoga with a wheel?
Spin, move into the pose, hold for 5–8 slow breaths, then spin again. Ten spins makes a gentle 15-minute session. Because the order is random, you'll find transitions you'd never plan — half the fun is linking them smoothly.
Are these poses suitable for beginners?
The default eight are foundational poses taught in most beginner classes. If any pose is uncomfortable, replace it in the entries panel — the wheel works just as well with chair yoga or stretching entries.
Can I add breathing exercises or holds?
Yes — entries are free text, so add '1 min box breathing' or '30s savasana' as their own slices. Some yogis weight savasana higher. We understand completely.
