Twirlo is free to use for personal, classroom, stream, and commercial purposes — spin as much as you like, embed wheels on your own site, and share links freely. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Our spins use your browser's cryptographically secure random number generator, and each entry's chance is exactly proportional to its wedge size. That said, Twirlo is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It's a decision-making and entertainment tool — don't use it where an outcome has legal or financial consequences you can't accept.

If you use Twirlo to pick giveaway or raffle winners, you are responsible for making sure your giveaway complies with the laws, platform rules, and disclosure requirements that apply to you. Twirlo provides the random pick, nothing more.

The entries you type into a wheel are yours, and they stay on your device unless you create a share link (see the privacy policy). Don't use Twirlo to create or share content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights.

The Twirlo name, design, and site content belong to us. You're welcome to embed wheels and link to any page; please don't copy the site itself or pass it off as your own.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twirlo and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from decisions made with it.
