When you lock your entries, Twirlo computes a SHA-256 fingerprint of the exact entrant list, then draws with cryptographic randomness. The receipt — copyable as text or a shareable image — shows the entry count, your rules, the draw time, the winner and that fingerprint, so anyone can verify the draw wasn't quietly edited.
