How does the no-repeat student picker work?
Turn on elimination mode in the entries panel. After each spin the picked student is removed from the wheel, so nobody can be called twice — and when one student remains, the wheel announces the last one standing. One click restores the full class.
Can it remember who was picked across lessons?
Yes — use classroom mode on the Twirlo home wheel. It tracks picked students in your browser between sessions, shows a '7 of 24 picked' counter with a reset button, and includes a quiet mode that's calm enough for a projector.
Is a wheel fairer than calling on students myself?
Research on classroom questioning shows teachers unconsciously favour certain students. The wheel's picks come from a cryptographically secure random source, every name gets an equal slice, and the class watches the selection happen — so the fairness is visible, not just claimed.
